The subcontractor GCs & homebuilders can count on
Planning & Budgeting
When you invite us to bid, our project managers work from your blueprints and specs to build a thorough, realistic cost picture, including materials, labor, and scope, so there are no surprises when the project gets underway.
Design & Estimating
Accurate estimates start with accurate measurements. Our team uses MeasureSquare to calculate square footage, material quantities, waste, and labor, giving you a number you can build a project around.
When there's room for input, we help navigate material selection to fit the environment, budget, and performance requirements of the space. We also provide alternate product considerations where relevant, so you have options and can make the best call for your scope and budget.

Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is the foundation of any successful flooring installation. Before any material goes down, our team evaluates the existing surface to ensure a secure bond and long-term performance.
For every commercial and industrial project, we assess:
- Surface Type
- — concrete, aluminum, metal, or steel
- Facility Environment
- — temperature, moisture levels, traffic, and schedule
- Coating Selection
- — adherence to manufacturer specifications
- State of Contamination
- — surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, rust, chemicals, grease, oil, or paint
- Moisture Mitigation
- — we test for moisture before work begins. If levels are excessive, we implement a mitigation program to prevent mold and future flooring failures.
Installation & Project Management
Our installation team works under direct supervision on every project, so quality and accountability stay consistent from the first day on site to the last.
Our project managers coordinate scheduling, communicate with your team throughout, and keep the work moving so deadlines are met and the finished floor reflects the spec.

Maintenance & Restoration
A flooring system is a long-term investment, and protecting it starts the day installation is complete. We recommend building a maintenance plan from the outset rather than waiting for damage to prompt action; a proactive approach extends the life of your floors and keeps manufacturer warranties intact.
Every plan we develop is tailored to your facility, factoring in your maintenance budget, how each area of flooring is used, and the manufacturer-recommended procedures for each product on site.
We also offer multi-year manufacturer warranties and a one-year installation warranty to guarantee lasting quality beyond the installation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I invite M. Abraham to bid on a project?
Send us your blueprints and specs and we'll build a full cost picture from them. The fastest route is our contact form, or email est@mabrahamfloors.com directly.
We bid new construction and renovation work at any square footage, across both commercial and industrial facilities.
What's included in your estimate?
Our project managers work from your drawings and use MeasureSquare to calculate square footage, material quantities, waste, and labor — so the number you get is one you can build a project around, not a placeholder.
Where there's room for input, we'll also provide alternate product considerations so you can weigh performance against budget before committing.
Do you handle surface preparation and moisture testing?
Yes — surface preparation is part of every commercial and industrial job we take on, not an add-on. Before any material goes down we assess:
- Surface type — concrete, aluminum, metal, or steel
- Facility environment — temperature, moisture levels, traffic, and schedule
- Coating selection — adherence to manufacturer specifications
- Contamination — surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, rust, chemicals, grease, oil, or paint
We test for moisture before work begins. If levels come back excessive, we implement a mitigation program rather than installing over the problem — that's what prevents mold and flooring failures down the line.
Who manages the job once work starts?
A dedicated project manager coordinates scheduling, keeps your team informed throughout, and keeps the work moving so deadlines hold.
Our installation crews work under direct supervision on every project, so quality and accountability stay consistent from the first day on site to the last.
What warranties do you offer?
Multi-year manufacturer warranties on the products, plus a one-year installation warranty on our workmanship.
Keeping a manufacturer warranty valid usually depends on the floor being maintained to spec, which is why we recommend putting a maintenance plan in place from day one rather than after a problem appears.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. A flooring system is a long-term investment, and a proactive maintenance plan extends its life and keeps manufacturer warranties intact.
Every plan is tailored to the facility — your maintenance budget, how each area of flooring is actually used, and the manufacturer-recommended procedures for each product on site. We also handle restoration work on floors that have been let go.
What areas do you serve?
Northeast and Central Pennsylvania. We work from two offices — Pittston and Camp Hill — and two warehouses, which lets us store and supply a project end to end rather than waiting on deliveries mid-job.
If your project sits outside that footprint, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
