Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended — that way a designer is free to work with you when you arrive rather than mid-consultation with someone else.

Can you help me choose materials, or do I need to arrive decided?
Arrive with nothing more than a room and a rough budget if you like — that's what the design team is for. They'll work with you in person on:
- Flooring recommendations — coordinating hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, epoxy and other products to complement your overall design scheme and color palette
- Installation design — layout, pattern and orientation, which change how a space reads more than most people expect
Do you do more than floors?
Yes. Alongside flooring we handle bathroom, kitchen and fireplace wall tiling, and garage floor epoxy.
It's common for a project to start as a floor and grow — having one contractor across flooring, tile and surface work keeps the scheduling and the finish consistent.
Can you repair or replace just part of a floor?
Often, yes. Pet damage, water damage, and ordinary wear are all things we assess and address without necessarily redoing the whole room.
Whether a partial repair is the right call depends on the product, its age, and whether a matching run is still available — we'll tell you which way it goes before you commit.
I'm building a new home. When should I get in touch?
Earlier than most people do. Bringing us in while you're still working from blueprints means materials get chosen around each space's intended use and traffic patterns, rather than retrofitted to decisions already made.
That said, we can step in at any stage — including mid-build — and coordinate flooring, tile and surface work across the whole home.
